The Peters Family - Sarnia-Lambton
Identical twins, Olivia and Violet, were born at 24.5 weeks, both weighing in at roughly a pound and a half.

The Ducharme Family - Huron-Perth
Rachel had been in and out of hospital for two years battling mental illnesses. Her family used the House a total of 29 times.
